Organizers: Luhansk Regional Institute of Postgraduate Education, the Company of the Intellectual Technologies.

Date: 28 and 29 March (2 groups), 9:15-16:00.

Place: Lugansk Regional Institute of Postgraduate Education, Gagarina str, 111 Severodonetsk, Luhansk region.

Time and duration of the training: it is a one-day training, it’s duration is 5 hours. Beginning at 9:15 and runs until 16:00.

Trainings’goal is to improve the economic and managerial competences in the educational institutions, to promote economic approaches to the management of schools.

Description: Training is an innovative method, which combines business approaches with traditional management practices at educational institutions. It is produced using a business simulator (simulation) ViAL +. This is a full analogue of a popular Westen educational software.

Participants will receive companies,  they will train on with its initial capital, will manage the work of the six principal divisions of the company – industrial, financial, marketing and sales, analytical, personnel and accounting.

Later, gained abilities and skills, managers can use in their practice of reforming their educational institutions, also as an innovative learning tool in management  of the educational institutions.
