On Saturday 23 of September 2017 America House Kyiv host an outstandingly special event a lecture of American military specialist in managing & conducting complex compliance investigation and emergency management.

Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) Crockett Oaks graduate Kemper Military School, hold BA & MA in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Oklahoma and a master’s degree in business administration.

Former FBI Special Agent and Police Officer, United States Army Reservist for approximately 28 years Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) Oaks has served as the head of security for a Shell petrochemical company.

Visitors speak and comment over Mr. Oaks police career asking vital question about the organization of police activity in the USA. Several cases of police shooting unarmed black men were reviewed as a case study during the meeting.
